do you think a spkr cab sounds different with the wheels on?
does it need to be sitting in full contact with the floor to get the best tone out of it?
what say ye gentlemen?

With the wheels off, you'll get better bass response because of its coupling to the floor. I prefer no wheels but I rarely get to play loud enough where it would make a difference. In general, I'd say "wheels off," though.

depending on the actual cab, speakers used, position of cab in relation to walls etc, sitting directly on floor can sometimes yield too much bass. This is a very subjective topic....try as many different configurations as you can come up with. You'll be surprised.
