Shipping modules updated Sept 2013

For those having issues placing an order due to paypal or the USPS not recognizing your address, please know that we have updated those modules in the store and the results should be much better now. FedEx has also been updated.
If you can not checkout due to address or payment issues, please use the "invoice me by Paypal" payment option and I will send an invoice with the correct shipping and order total.
