JCM2000 TSL OT Needed

Post by killertone » Wed Aug 26, 2009 8:57 pm

I need to replace the OT in a JCM2000 TSL head. I have been looking all over the net for a direct replacement but haven't found one. Anybody have any idea where I can get one? Thanks! :)

Thanks. I know that tranny probably rocks but I was hoping to find the exact thing that is in there to dave a little dough. The amp is a buddy of mine's and he most likely won't drop the coin on that MM. He should though! :D

CE offers 2 different 100 watt OT's that I think are correct for this amp and one of them is a Hammond. The other one says "Genuine Marshall" which I assume is a Dagnall since that is what the amp has in it. They both say "for JCM 900," though. I have been doing a bunch of research and it seems that the JCM 2000s and the 900s used the same OT, or at least very similar.

Is it the 100 watter or 60 watter?

Horizontal or vertical mount?

The P-TM9100O is listed as 100w for JCM 900 or JCM 2000.
Tom

Don't let that smoke out!

Aha! It is not listed like that on their wholesale website which is what I use, but it is on the tubesandmore site. Thanks!
