Best Upgrade Output Tranny for JMP Master Mk II 50W 2204

Okay I'm sure this is gonna start an argument. I've just picked up a mid 70's 2204 and have purchased a PTP board from George and a few NOS Mullards to help me rock!!!!! but I was wondering if it was worth upgrading the OT to help in my quest of making the ultimate sounding 2204 (well in this area anyways!)
If so, what will help me find what I want. Are there any available that I can just swap straight over, or are there other things I need to change/add/take into consideration.
I'm not that worried about it sounding 100% authentic as it's always nice to have a bit more bottom end/less harshness etc. and as a big hi-fi buff I'm always playing with things to try to improve (shame about my seriously limited knowledge though eh! They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing)
I'd be grateful for any help that anybody can throw my way.
Cheers,
Daymz
