P.T. for JTM50

I was wondering...
Since I will be replacing my Metro PT for a Marstran in my JTM45, could I use the Metro JTM45 PT for a JTM50 build?
Pros and cons please!

I have a MetroAmp JTM45 pt in my
JTM50 with el34's. Its an outstanding
amp! Works just fine.
