I'm getting ready to use this transformer in a build but I have a question about the bias tap. I'm used to transformers where the bias tap comes from the high voltage winding and comes out as 1 wire with the windings ground coming from the center tap. This transformer has its own bias winding with neither end grounded by default. Do I ground the white wire and use the green for the bias voltage?

Doesn't matter which one you ground. Ground one of them and send the other to your first bias resistor on the turret board, and you'll be set.
