HI,I need help wiring a PT Classic Tone for my 12,000 Plexi Kit.
Wires are:
Com: BLK......... RED
100V=WHT....... RED/YEL 350 V CT @290mA
120V=BRN........ RED

200V=BLU........ GRY 98V @50mA
230V=ORN........GRY

240V=VIO.........GRN
....................GRN/YEL 6.3 V @ 7A
....................GRN

What colors to what pins do they solder too on the power tube section?
Power cord, I am sure connects some how in here? Which are ground? Which go to the fuse holders?
Anyone build a 12,000 series and used Classic Tone Irons have a picture I could reference?
Tried cross referencing drawings but everyone uses different Irons and I'm STUCK

You should start a build thread in the 12series forum.
Post pics or diagrams of how you intend to connect each wire. The folks there will be happy to check it for you.

black wire goes to Maines fuse. White wire from power cord goes to the other end of the maines fuse. Brown goes to power switch. Black wire from power cord goes to other end of power switch. Green wire from power cord goes to ground. The two red wires go to the standby switch, the CT goes to the the negitve side of the first maines cap then to the possitve side of the seconed maines cap. Twist the two grey wires and have one go to the bias resistor on the board and the other grey wire to grnd (grnd lug #3 if you are using the Larry grnd method). Green wires to pin 2and 7 of V7. The grn/yel wire goes to grnd (all the way over to grnd lug #1 if using Larry grnd).

If you can make any sense with what I wrote make sure you double check with other sources before wiring it up.

Thanks so much Strat78 for the reply, you were spot on. Over the last couple days I had figured a few wires out. Like you suggested, I double checked everything. So at least for now I stopped tripping the breaker in the house when just plugging it in. Lol
