I'm looking for a PT for an amp project I'm building. I need the usual B+, bias and filament windings, but I'd also like an additional 9V winding to run a MIDI board and phantom power a connected MIDI foot controller. (Yeah, it's a crazy ambitious project, but what the hell...)
Does anyone do one-off custom transformers like this?
Who would make me a custom PT?

It's the MM Axiom MP-100-460M and it has an additional 9V @ 3A secondary (2 x brown).mightymike wrote:The MM 460 PT has an extra set of brown wires (taps) that are either 9 or 18v.

The fault almost always is sitting in front of the amp
