Hey Guys Im almost done my Metro JTM45. I am stuck at Step 8. I'm supposed to tie the Black PT wire with the Black wire from the amber lamp. The problem is that I dont have any Black Wires on my PT.
I got this Tranny from George and his Kit...

The Model is a JTM-45-E Heyborer PT. The color of the wires are :

PURPLE
BLUE
RED
ORANGE

No Black Wire. Im guessing these are diff voltage taps. Does any one know what thes wires are? I want to finish this amp today!!!

I was just on the Metro Site looking at the Transformers and low and behold there was the info I was looking for.



Heyboer JTM 45 power transformer. Laydown mount. Excellent replacement for originals, reissues and for custom builds.

3" x 3 3/4" mounting centers. Requires 2 1/2" x 2 3/4" chassis cutout.

Color Code:

Primary: orange common/ red 120/ blue 220/ violet 240

Secondary: red/ red-yellow CT/ red- high voltage, green/ green-yellow CT/ green- 6.3 VAC heater voltage, yellow/ yellow- 5 VAC heater voltage.
