Strat neck tuner hole ream question

I got my Warmoth conversion neck in.
It looks really nice.
The tuner ream says Gotoh/Grover 13/32 X 11/32.
The 13/32 size starts at the back of the neck,and there is an 11/32 ridge left at the front of the neck.

I want Gotoh locking tuners,but am not sure which model to get.
Is this designed so that 11/32 step is supposed to remain as-is,or does that need to ream out?

If anyone can tell me what model of Gotoh's to get,without having to hassle with anything besides installing them,I'd be thankful.
