Wilkinson 'vintage' tremelo ?

Post by Tone Slinger » Sat Jan 30, 2010 3:14 pm

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has tried one of these, and if so, how far does the ball end of the string travel in the sustain block away from the bridge (Old Fender's were almost the whole length)? I notice that they have the holes in the block staggered as well, anyone got a review of these tremelo's (the cheaper 6 hole version, not the one's with the locking saddles)

Thanks

I have one.. The block is 1 5/8" and the depth on the installed ball end is 1 1/4" so it is pretty far down in there.... I like mine alright for the price
