Thanks. I started that website almost ten-years ago. DAYUM! Where does the time go???

I really need to get in there and do some major updating though.

Hmmm . . . me thinks this weekend I'll spend a couple of hours reorganizing and updating.

It is still "available". Still waiting for the right buyer. I'm not moving lower on the price  If I keep it, that's OK too. It will get played.

No Mary Kaye blonde? Deffo no a complete collection without a Kaye!!!!!

Makes me sick, looking at all them tasty axes, and not a bloody one of 'em left handed!

GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

Never did find a nice strat to suit me. Always wanted a nice big headstock hardtail Mary Kaye blonde. Last lefty I saw to fit the bill was over
So I like purple, okay!!!!!!

83.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot!

LOL!!! I've always wanted a See thru-blonde. Just never found one at the right price.

One would look good in my collection though! I've got a couple I'm gonna be pulling the trigger on within the next 3-4 months, one vintage and one extremely limited edition.

I ordered from Fender one of the first series of Mary Kaye '57 reissues and it weighed a frigging ton, I 'traded' it to Music Ground for this amp:
Image
I remember I had a Union Jack t-shirt and the red color rubbed into the blonde finish on the back slightly.
It took like 6 months to get a guitar from Fender and they had to pull one out of line ahead of me..
To this day I can't stand a heavy Strat and allthough the MK was beautiful, I couldn't get rid of it fast enough, no tone, ect.

I like the large headstock models up to and including the bullet rod models, although the 65-70 model types are my favs, cause they dont have that rod in the way of 'behind the nut bends'.

Oh yeah, there are lots of THOSE out there. My orange one is like that, but hey, it's ORANGE!!!

LOL!

Pretty much all the rest of my axes are really good tonally and playability wise. Especially the '58, '63 and '66.

I have an 2005 American Deluxe Ash in a butterscotch blonde which is nice...sounding much better with a Duncan Lil Screamin Demon in the bridge position. I just couldn't get rid of that scratchy presencey thing that accompanys some Strat pickups when fired up into a plexi. Now it can do anything from Steve Vai to VH to Yngwie.

A real nice playing guitar. Plugged into my Metro built '68 with a variac and the 'Virtual Variac' selected on the amp it's unbelievable how much this guitar can express!!!

My only grpie is that the neck pocket was not perfectly executed. gapless except there is a little gap on the open end of the pocket above the low E...

Love the maple neck!!

Playing a Strat as compared to my LP's puts me in a different headspace.

I love Strats!!! :D Beautiful collection WOT!!
