Yeah, I bought it. I'll use it for bass . . . I guess :P

I have a matching JCM-800 Bass head from '82 stuffed in a closet somewhere. I'll probably marry them together and take them to a gig one of these days. It's hard to top my SBs though, or my SVT.

I agree with Worldoftone. There are jem's to be found in the 70's lot. I played a '74 that was among the best i've ever heard. The first cbs strat's (Like Hendrix used on Axis and Electric Ladyland)with no "stratocaster" label on the headstock, have very cool necks. As a whole from my exp. the 50's strats are better. The bridge block has something to do with it. As well as healthier tree's being used.
