Cracked headstock on a strat

How much would be an average headstock repair on a strat?
Its above the truss rod, so its basically just a diagonal slant down from the 2nd tuner (A string) and it runs pretty deep, almost all the way through in one spot.

Man, thats tough to say without a pic, Herec. Some breaks require the repairman to break it off fully, and then re-glue it with some sort of reinforcement (a dowel or a biscuit) inside the break. It really depends on whether you can open the crack up enough to get glue sufficiently deep into the crack WITHOUT having to break it open completely.
IMO, thats the whole key to it... the only time you break it altogether is if you cant get enough glue in it the way it is, or theres not enough wood left "unbroken" (holding the crack from coming apart completely). A good wood glue will hold it, but those 2 circumstances GOTTA be in place: (1) You can get glue deep enough into the break. (2) There is enough wood left unbroken to make the glued repair strong enough to hold long term.
If you DONT have to break it completely, I cant see any reputable shop charging you more than an hour labor. ($60-75)
If its gotta be broken open and reinforced, maybe double that. ($120-150). Good luck!!

Unless it is a vintage strat I would just buy a new neck. That is the beauty of having a bolt on compared to a set neck. Check out this guy's Ebay store. Just make sure the neck pocket and screw pattern is the same.

I've got a Lp with a soddy repired neck that sounds and plays great.
Low action , nice sustain no buzzing but its got that mark of a repair, but IDGAF.
It was someone player and it still play's, paid 900.00 for it and didn't know about the repair. I thought I got beat but It is a nice player, I sold a new 57 Goldtop LP because of this guy, and the pups sucked.

On SRV's #1 the repairman repaired the broken headstock by placing a replacement piece into the headstock, this took incredible repairing skills but would be called for on such a historical instrument.
Depending how bad your break is, I know Fender will sell a replacement neck if given the serial # of the broken one, or something to that effect.
