fkh,
Thats real nice!!! I love the way SG sound and look esp. in Cherry!!
That case sure looks like it fits. I 've got a few early 70's SG's and 2
of the 3 have the guitar shaped cases one doen't have one. I'm sure
my 71's case is original, but your csae looks like a nice match.
I would pay much mind to that thou... What is the profile of your neck?
Is it a flat C?
Time to pull out the bottle, huh!

Killer !
Man,I miss my '65...I am thinking about getting a VOS by the end of this year, that's for sure !
I am mixed on if I want to get a Standard like yours or a Les Paul version.
one thing for sure I will be changing out the knobs to 60's era and installing T-Tops for the total package.

Yeah Baby !

SUPER nice SG, fkh!! Im positive thats the original case. I had a "Medallion" Firebird V from '72, and the case looked identical. That SG looks very clean and original. Great score!!

SG with a Bigsby is hot!
Though I'd get there new pots, those little bit too much like some Fender amp. (black chrome tops

)

That's definitely a sight for sore eyes. I live in CT, and when I'm a Sam Ash, it pains me not to see one of those...

The mark of a good amp is that even when your fingers ain't cookin', your amp is. -Malcolm young
Where is the "balls" control? AH! here it is. why'd they label it volume?

GOD, I just HATE to say this, but Sam Ash (even the NY Sam Ash) never gets cool stuff like this... I've seen more of this kind of thing in (GASP... ARRRGH) Guitar Center.
Man, that hurt.
