1968 Les Paul Deluxe Truss Rod Cover

Hi guys,

I have a truss rod cover for a 1968 Les Paul Deluxe. This came off of a guitar I sold about ten years ago. From the styling of the guitar, I guessed it to be either a 71 or 72 Deluxe. But Gibson ran the serial number and stated it was a 1968. Anyway, I tried to figure out a price for this, and came up kind of blank. I found a few vintage truss rod covers advertised for on ebay for $195. Is that totally unrealistic? Anyone have any ideas what this is worth? This is the old 40-year-old engraved style, not the new cheap ones with a painted on logo.
