Why not do it yourself? You can get blank (rectangular) pickguard material from Stewart MacDonald and make any shape you can dream up.
Draw up a template on construction paper, trace it onto the pickguard material, and cut and shape it. If there is an old pickguard, you can use it to locate any screw holes so they go in the same place. If there is NO old pickguard, but old screw holes in the body, just use tracing paper to get them in the correct location.

Other than that, if you want to have someone else make one for you, Im pretty sure Warmoth would do it. If not them, Vintage Guitar Magazine has tons of independent builders that Im sure would make one for you.

thanks for your help.
the point is that i have no time to do it and i know this kind of thing is trial and error before you succeed , so i leave it to someone that knows !
i'm just trying to see if i can build and sell some 50's and 60's tube amp clones in France, so i'm quiet busy actualy with that.
also, i'm not afraid of the electronic job i have to do when i mount amps but i'm less trained to cut and drill ...
also , the design i look for might not be that simple to realise.
where can i find the contacts of guitar magazines builders ?
cause if it's a paper magazine, i can't find it in France i suppose !
This was one of the guitars of the late John Cippolina, guitarist from the 60's Psychedelic era in SF and, that played with many well known bands in the 70's and 80's in the USA ; the best vibrato user i know with Jeff Beck !!

"sorry we can't help you for this request "
in fact he just told me that it would be too expensive to do just one .
ain't anybody interested in a beautifull pickguard like that , so we have several made ?
it would be cheaper ! LOL
