Dating Partscaster body

Can anyone identify this Tele body?
It has this medallion on the back. Sorry the photo isn't better. It says "Original Fender Body". Were there certain years they did this? It's seems to be the only identifing mark.
The bridge and hardware I was told is from a 56 Tele. The neck is from a late 80's reissue.
