To say that Im proud to have met this gentleman, Renato Bellucci, and to have this guitar he built for me coming my way is the understatement of the year. This is the same man in Asuncion Paraguay that I had SO much trouble getting a guitar returned to (see the "International Shipping " thread

I don't normally play a lot of classical, but man was I DROOLING over some of the instruments in his showcase. She's a beaut mate.

Ralph, congratulations on a work of art, that happens to make music. Of the guitars left to me by my late father (well they weren't exactly left to me, I sort of strongly asked for them from his 2nd wife), but I had the 1955 Martin 00-28G classical with the beautiful Brazilian rosewood, which I finally sold, but I have a rare flamenco guitar of his, a 1988 Benito Huipe, built by him when he was still in LA, before going back to Mexico.
It is built of cedar and the appointments and violin tuning pegs, are cool. It just sounds so awesome.
It's a keeper for me, glad to see you have a classical guitar, though very different, they are true guitars and awesome to play..

Thank you, Dave. I received the guitar yesterday, and to say Im stunned on all levels is putting it mildly. I will post some pics when I get a chance. She's a mind blower aesthetically as well as tonally, and the tone has not even begun to develop!!
One of those guitars Im either compelled to constantly play or just look at. It exceeds on any definition I have for greatness.
