I've got all voltages present but no sound. I've built about 5 amps; mostly JMP's and JTM's but have never encountered this. Pots are grounded by running buss wire through the ground lug on the pots (that need to be grounded) and then the buss wire is grounded in two places on the chassis. Amp is wired correctly and triple checked for the correct point to point continuity. I am so spaced out I even checked my cab for a loose or disconnected wire.
Any thoughts?

Have you checked the input and output jacks for correct wiring? If you touch your meter lead to Pin 3 of the output tube sockets do you hear a small pop through the speakers? You can work your way backwards through the circuit using this method to determine at which stage you are losing the signal.

Thanks, I'll check this out. It's just weird. Tubes are biasing up and I actually rewired the entire amp and changed out the SS rectifier.
