Hey...I have a chance to get a good deal on some cloth covered wire. Here's the dilemma. The 22aug is stranded but the solid core is only 20 aug. Which way to go?

Re: Wire question
Sorry that was not meant to sound facetious.
I am a traditionalist in these things and use standard plastic or thicker ptfe wire on the Marshalls, except for the bus wire where I use the coated braid type.
Push-back cloth makes me think of vintage guitars and old Fender amps

Re: Wire question
Neil, no worries and no offense taken. Actually it was spoken like a true Brit!
Besides aren't we all just building Fender clones anyhow?
I do appreciate the input!!!
