Help..Rice crispies in V3 of my 50 watter.

Hey guys...When I power up my 50 watt build I get snap,crackle, pop. I traced it to V3 by pulling pre tubes one at a time. All voltages check out except pins 3 and 8 on V3. I get a hot reading of 95 on those instaed of the 35-40 that I should be getting.
The poppiong does stop when I touch either signal pin with the meter probe. Any ideas?

try reheating the solder joints on the socket and check all the connections to the board.

Amp sounds great but inputs are a little noisy. Could that be the CC resistors?
