Hey guys...getting a reading of 350 at the + terminal of the bridge rectifier on a 50 watt build. Same reading at the fuse holder terminals. Power and standby switches are both on. DC readings on all tubes seem a little low also. AC reading of 3.15 is solid everywhere.
any ideas?

Ok...after a little back tracking I found the problem. For future reference or anyone else who runs into this issue. I forgot to connect the F2 neg terminal to the ground lug. Result...overall low voltage.
