Dual 32uf and 50uf caps

Hello, I am gathering info on a plexi 50w build. I was wondering if the dual 32uf caps in the middle of the board can be replace with one F&T can cap and will it compromise the sound?

You certainly can.
Later 50 watts used a 50/50 can above the preamp on top of the chassis.
Friend of mine made his that way so he could go back and forth from 50/50 to 32/32 with ease to see which he prefered.
