Line out from Speaker out circuit

Hi there , what's the best line out circuit with Pot to send the signal into a FX from the speaker output of My plexi 50w ?
Something similar to Suhr iso line out ...i found lots of ideas in web but i don't know which is best suited to get the best quality signal to send into a digital reverb or other FX ..
