Is this the "12000" series, in a kit form?
Does this include a headshell? Tubes? Everything for a working amp? (except time and solder)
Is this the shared cathode version of the 1959SLP circuit?

By popular demand, we are trying out a complete early 68 era parts package option. This includes everything needed to build to EVH specs. Tubes, head case etc. Please note that no step by step instructions are included. But layouts and wiring diagrams are.
See the complete parts list here: http://forum.metroamp.com/viewtopic.php?t=9972
To purchase this, select "Complete '68 spec package" below. And select "None" each other option.
I thinks that is what it says

A 67 superlead is shared cathode, 256pF/56k tone stack and 0.1uF PI caps and a 5,000pF bright cap on vol 1 pot.
A 68 superlead is split cathode, 560pF/33k tone stack and 0.022uF PI caps and either 500pF or 5,000pF bright cap. It also usually has a 0.68uF cap across the 820R on V2.
The kit allows you to build either option.
