I'm heading down to Detroit today at lunch time to take a '68 replica to John Rzeznik. We may even run over to Vintage King and check out some recording gear. Should be a fun day!

Great songwriter - I've liked his stuff for quite awhile.

I gotta tell you, every song they played the whole show was a hit. Seriously, every word of every song the crowd sang out loud.

John is a true gear freak too! They left on tour with 4 semi trucks, but will need 5 soon because of all the gear he picks up.

The most insane thing was the acoustic guitar chain:

about $12k in Chandler gear> preamp, compressor, EQ. It sounded like it too!
