Excellent service!

I've been a member for a little while and I mainly read and pick up all the tid-bits of info ya'll put out. I've got a Marshall 4010 that crapped out on me recently and so I wanted to try Metro out for parts....... let me say that Mr. George is the man! Fast and speedy service. Just wanted to give props where props are due! Thanks George!

I totally agree! There was a small shortage in one of my orders and it was sent out pronto no questions asked!

Thanks Guys. We have been doing a lot of stuff behind the scenes to ship orders faster.....and more accurately. All orders are now double checked before shipping.
We have also rearranged the shop so it's more organized. And so each order flows from the invoice printer, through the packing area and on to the shipping desk.

Hey, the other thing that's great about VG is his shipping is really reasonable. I don't know how he does it unless he's dumpster diving for boxes

Very good service indeed. All of my parts arrived very fast with my build, even living across the pond. When I was missing a few small components it was all dealt with well and fast.
