George - what happened to the higher quality plexi knob replicas? I don't see them listed in the store anymore - are they out of stock permanently? What type comes on your finished amps?

I have a few dozen left that I'm using on builds. We'll all have to get them from Roy now:

The plexi replica knobs look wonderfull but the seem to be off center and kinda wobble about as there turned, on the last couple builds I went with the cheaper set screw type knob and was pleased with the look and function, I think I have bought about 3 sets of the replicas but hope we can still source them.

Yeah, they look nice but working with them on your amps was no fun.......dicey fit on the pots, and centering off as you noted. :(

Hey, mine don't wobble!!! George got some from someone else early on and they were not drilled so well. Haven't had any complaints on mine yet. Roy's don't wobble either because I did them.

I'm glad I got some while they were still available. They do look good. I've got three sets (wobbles and all, not a BIG deal) and they look real close to my real '69 set. Glad to know they aren't gone for good.

Some of my originals are actually oval and kind of squashed!
