Output Trannie question

hey guys

im just about wiring my board on my kit, but i havnt wired the OT yet, an looking at the notes, it looks like George has but the red and brown wire in shrink tubing, but i tried that, and they simply dont fit in the tubing.

would i need to braid the wires together?

or will simply cable tieing them be sufficiant?

You can just twist them together. Not sure why they are in shrink tubing in the step by step. I've looked at alot of other builds and most were just twisted. If it was shielding of some sorts it would make a difference (maybe) but not plain ole shrink tubing. I just twist mine.
