Hi I was highly considering purchasing the 66 jtm45/100 clone but cannot afford to pay for in full so would like to build my own exact clone to an original well as exact as I can , is there any detailed instructions or an understandable diagram that I could get and is there a list of all the individual parts I would need ? Any help would be nice

This should give you a good starting place for working up a list.

Not sure if George is doing alloy chassis at the moment other than for his builds.
I will see if I have a list of my parts, I started with an alloy chassis as part of a 'bare bones kit' and added my choice of trannies and choke. The standard Marshall board kit has all the main board values. The 32uF caps (x7) are in the store.
Suggest you study the link above, then peruse the amparchives page and come back for help as needed.

You can still build the amp on the steel '67 replica chassis. You'd need one of the hole covers for the extra capacitor hole on top. Seems like guys are getting the cap boards made to fit this chassis from George on request, but if that's not the case I can make them too (in fact I have some sitting here that I haven't used yet.)

I just said screw it and put the PI cap on top of the chassis... but I'm not concerned about vintage looks... just the sound.

I was going to get a chassis, faceplate set and headbox from Ceriatone and populate it with a board from Ray D that i got from a forumite here and some iron and other bits from George.

For now I will just buy the bits I need , like case , caps , risistors transformers stuff like that and worry about the circuet boards and chassis latter . I was reading up on the 200w "pigs" just incase I feel like building one later on instead of the jtm45/100 but the "pigs" seem to clean sounding and unreliable for my liking

William, if you have any technical info about the pigs, please share

just to make it easier I will just look at building a 67 superlead with whatever jtm45/100 parts will fit and kt66 tubes

The Al chassis and JTM100 boards and panels are going to be here again soon so if you can hold out.

Just make sure you get the JTM 45/100 Output Transformer if you're planning on using KT66 tubes, as that's specifically designed for that.
Still finishing mine up. Had some problems with my power tubes, but it works. Sounds great even with a set of Shuguang EL34s while I wait for my replacement KT66s... I'm lovin' it.
