Can I get this sound out of a 69 Superlead

I am going to be building an amp soon and I was going with the 100w plexi kit and build it to 69 Superlead specs. I have been curious about the Superbass but not exactly sure. This link is song from one of my favorite bands who uses a Marshall Plexi and I love the sound he gets out of it. What should I go with to get a sound very similar to the link below. I hope the link works, any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes! Just crank the amp to about 6 ish and use your volume control on the guitar to vary the overdrive. It'll be damn loud though without a MV or attenuator
