Hey guys.

I was wondering if the 2, 22uf 630V Capacitors in the rectifier section on the metro ptp plexi board are nessercary.
As far as i can see, in my old marshall 76 and 77 super bass amps, there arent any attached in the sockets where they should be.
Is it couse of they are running at 230 V here in europe???

PS. Ampbuilding is addictive!!

They were meant to help eleminate the switching sound of the diodes... but with todays diodes, especialy if you use Freds or UF4007's that issue des not exist...
