The chassis' mounting centers are too small in the bell-end-to-bell-end direction. How is the Metro steel chassis gonna take to a drill bit? Do you guys have any tips? I hate to drill this, but I guess the holes won't be seen anyway.

Should the new set of holes be toward the PT, or the choke?

I would suggest that you want to keep as much space between PT and OT as you can.

will do - thanks. it looks like that's the only i can go, due to the locations of the grommet holes.
