Dear forum members,
for my 45/100 build i wanted to go with the castelco switches in the beginning, but now i think i'd better go with something more authentic for the era. I made a mistake and ordered 2x Marshall plexi switches from another shop and only now i realised that their profile probably will be too high (also found a comment about this on the forum) - Goerge doesn't use these for his 45/100 too. So now i'm wondering which switches to get and WHERE?
The ones on Georges 45/100 look like Carlings to me, BUT i'm able to find on-off Carling switches with a bat as long as on Georges amp only in SPST, not the correct DPST? Also these are not offered in the Metroamp store, to my knowledge. So where can i get some long bat toggle switches that have a low enough profile to fit with the 45/100 filter board? And which brand/model should it be then?
Thanks a lot for your input!
Regards,
VintageCharlie
