I'm at the step 8 - B of the 100 watt kit and kinda stuck where they say to connect the impedance selector. I think I get where the green, yellow and black wires goes, but I'm not sure where goes the 10 inches purple wire... at the same place the yellow one does ? The picture aint that good. Anyone can give me a pointer here ?
Anyone having a better picture ? I use the Metroamp OT.
Thanks!

Hmmm... I think I can make this question a bit clearer... here it goes. Consider I'm using the standard metroamp C1998 dagnall replica OT.
On the impedance selector switch I know I have to connect the black wire from the OT to the 4 ohm lug of the selector switch, the Yellow one to the 8 ohm lug and the green one to the 16 ohm lug. Now, the reason I'm making this post, I know I have to take a purple wire and hook it to the selector switch, do I connect it to the 8 ohm lug, meaning that TWO wires will be soldered on the 8 ohm lug (the yellow 8 ohm from OT AND a 10'' purple wire ?)
After reading, I know that this is the negative feedback wire that will go eventually to the presence pot, but I so dont want to make a mistake and the picture the guide says to refer to is so much unclear that I need some assistance here!
Thanks!

Just tap the 8ohm first and see how you like it when the amp is finished. Then try the 16ohm (more definition) or 4ohm(more in a spongier direction) and see how that sounds.

Great! Thanks!
Just wanted to make sure that I didn't broke anything putting on the 8ohm lug!

Purple NFB wire can go to any of the three taps. It will just change the sound/feel of the amp. It's all personal preference.

Thanks! While I was looking for an answer, I found a great picture of the impedence selector on the Master Volume Guide. Clear as crystal!
