Accurate Front/Back Panel for a JTM 45/100

Hi everybody,
does anyone know where can I get the most accurate reproduction with correct fonts etc of the front panel and the back panel of the JTM 45/100? Does anyone make the back panel of the JTM 45/100 with the "Super Amplifier" logo?
I also need an orange pilot light like the one used in the late 65/early 66 JTM 45/100s
Where i can buy those parts?
