Question about wiring the variac switch!if I want to use a trim pot for the bias on the switch rather than a resistor, which of the 3 leads on the bias pot do I use ??anyone have a diagram?

Use the wiper (middle) lug connected with any of the other two lugs and then the lug that isn't connected to wiper, if that makes sense. You could also cut of either of the outer lugs (but not the wiper) and just use the two remaining.
