Is it a fool's errand to put a zero-loss fx loop in dsl15h?

I'm a total newb and I would pay a tech to install it.

It's a 2 channel amp with separate volume controls for each channel and I use both channels.

I'm so bummed that I can't use my reverb and delay in the ultra gain channel without it sounding like crap.

Of course it sounds fine in the clean channel.

So can I do it? More importantly should I do it?

Your input would be much appreciated.
