prob a res 39k 42k in series to a ,1uf or .047 cap . you can tailor it a little there.

I didn't know you could tell the value of a component by its physical size!? :D

That "thing" between V1 and V2 is a hum/noise trimmer. Though it comes from Ceriatone all the way off.

There are numerous errors in the schematics posted (if they're trying to show what the Chupacabra's circuit is). Next time I have the chassis out I'll take some notes.

well in that case when you compare the 2nd CC with the 2 22n caps of the TS and the 22n of the input PI, they really look the same no? (shit: forgot my glasses  )
prob a res 39k 42k in series to a ,1uf or .047 cap . you can tailor it a little there
At the input? :? what's the interest? i mean in term of sound

Don't try to translate it just google it. It's used as a figure of speech anthropomorphically.

What's the function of the second .0022uf cap on V1A that goes to ground with the cathode resistors?

Does it bleed high frequency to ground?

I've seen that on other Jose type mods. Always wondered exactly what it did.

Very good, how about the 5volts? It doesn't matter I don't think I'll spend time with this one anyway. I know exactly how to build it.

yup, kills highs, it's exactly the same as putting it across the plate, or from plate to cathode on a bypassed stage.
