I see some nice Centralab pots there, which have such a tasty sound!

*EDIT* - After looking at the pics longer, maybe they are not CRL(Centralab) pots? Possibly IRC pots?

I looks more like a mix between Levi's Mark V mod and his 34 mod.

From this mod, I have taken the first two stages of 1k / 680n and maintained the fourth stage. Also the modification of the tonestack.
It gives you a wide range of sounds depending on how you moved the knobs.
The diodes in antiparallel is not a bad idea, if you want to have the whole package in one

I have tried different Jose mods many a time and cant really warm to them, a good 36 mod sounds better to me.

Just to be clear, is MkV the same as 36, similar, or something different entirely?

The Mark V is more or less like a one wire mod. It has 2 stages + CF and the 36 has 3 stages + CF.

The resistive dividers that I use to divide between the first two stages are those of 68k / 68k emulating the two channels of a Cascading Super Lead

You are running too much FX, there is more fx than guitar tone, it should be the other way round,
