It seems most of you guys instantly assume we are all US citizens...ezs wrote:hmmm, guy steals guys mod,
I couldn't get a chupacabra even if I wanted to because our customs here in Argentina are closed to electronic devices. I can't just order one and have it at my door next day, I HAVE TO build my own amps if I want something decent.
A man is drowning, another man is standing on the shore watching it all happen. The drowning men asks for help and the other one replies: "FYI I happen to know how to swim, I also have a life-saver here with me and a couple of other things you don't". Then he turned around and walked away. That's how helpful your comment was axeman...

Re: Ceriatone Chupacabra
I think that it is referring to the first Jose Arredondo mods in the 80s (not all totally original) these are copied and made into a workable format by someone else more recently and then there are intellectual property concerns (real or percieved). There are many versions of these mods widely available on the internet, people like Joey here and quite a few others have the lowdown. Sorry I do not. Hair metal is mainly an amusement to me although there are moments....not that I want to dedicate a whole amp to it (which is why I have tweaked my #39 to be a bit more versatile). EVH 1 gain is as much as I want or ever really need!inkomodo.dragon wrote:It seems most of you guys instantly assume we are all US citizens...ezs wrote:hmmm, guy steals guys mod,

The image is impossible to read, can you attach it as a file or upload it somewhere?

Re: Ceriatone Chupacabra
Are you going to copy it and sale it with a different name and call it yours? that's why I don't share any more, it's to bad you live in a country like that. BTW ware a wet suite or a BCD that way you'll never drown.

Re: Ceriatone Chupacabra
Most of my activity here is based around helping people out and providing info that I gathered by my own experimentation. I've reverse engineered an entire amp (VOX AC15C1), compared master volume types, reported on mic mods, designed an easier way to mod the Peavey Windsor PI and I didn't get to 50 posts yet. Considering this I feel rather angry when an "asker" with over 2000 posts questions my integrity.
I've never shared information that could damage anyone's business and yet I'm being lectured by a guy who specifically asked for David Bray's mods.
Do what you want with the information you borrowed, I couldn't care less.
