Dropkick Murphys....

Post by ohmygodtheykilledkenny » Fri Jul 04, 2008 5:32 pm

Normally I don't dabble in punk all that much, but I really love these guys, so awesome. Makes me wanna raise hell.

Flannigans Ball, Shipping Up to Boston/the Auld Triangle, Tessie, and many others are awesome songs.

Anyone else dig the Murphys?

+1 here. I also dig the Pouges. You should check out Flogging Molly.

As for the Pouges, Fairy tale in New York is the best ever, be sure to listen to the Kirsty MacColl vids/tracks, god rest her soul.

Such a soulful tune never sounded so punk.

Cool man, I'll give it a listen for sure! It sucks how musicians seem to sometimes have such short lifespans.
