Slash and Tremanti courting Myles Kennedy ? wha ?

Is Myles Kennedy from Crimson Glory or does he wish he was ? I do not get the buzz on some of these artists when some major players are out their like Russell Allen . I don't mean to diss the guy , but its luck to be in that seat and he is old way old news in terms of tone and other guys deserve the shot . Just my wonder about this tone drone .

I think it has as much, or more, to do with the kind of person Myles is. From the outside looking in, he seems like a really down-to-earth guy, easy to get along with and I assume has a great work ethic. Regardless of whether folks dig his voice or not, he has the pipes, the stamina, great stage presence and is a killer guitarist. Having been in bands for 30+ years myself, musicians like Myles are an extremely rare find.
