I uploaded pics of my most recent 45/100 build. The polished chassis on this one is the best so far. And I didn't "slip" at all during assembly. It's the worst trying to polish our scratches after they are complete.

Just thought you guys might dig it:

I guess it's polished . I wondered what the other yellow wire on V1 was before I realized it was a reflection  Beautiful work as always .

Outstanding work George. :D
Your amps are always inspiring to me and that block end is another sample of your commitment to the high art of good looking tube amps.

One of these days if my work ever picks up I want to build one of your kits.
Just deciding which one will be hard enough!

I tried mixing CC and CF, but all those Allen Bradleys sounded closer to my real 45/100. Same for the ceramic caps.
I am using those brown MF's in the bias circuit. I just can't take chances there, especially since these amps often end up with old stock tubes.

Phenomonal work. Your builds always make me want to go pick up my soldering iron and build something. :D What kind of wire did you use and what make are those preamp tube sockets?
