Fuseholder Board

Post by rip » Sat Mar 25, 2017 8:36 am

I wanted to see if anyone knows the layout/dimensions of the internal fuse holder in particular the mounting holes.

Looking at Brian's old pictures it looks like the mounting holes are .375" (maybe .5") away from the fuse clip (along the fuse length) and .375" away from each other (perpendicular from the fuse length).

Thanks
Rip

They were all different IME. I measured a handful of them. Chassis holes seem to be drilled using the clip as a template.

I had a guy working for me who made them with phenolic, rivets and fuse clips. But he retired and I don't know how he managed to cut the pieces so small with losing fingers. I've tried a few times and always gave up and used a plastic one.

Hmm...sounds like this will be fun. Thanks for the tips, guess eyeballing it will get me into the norm of Marshall.

Thanks again
