Re: "lost" Jimi hendrix album Discovered
it should be great, Stephen stills is a great guitarist and rocker !
they jammed together on the "woodstock" song (electric version) that was written by joni mitchell, this long jam was used for something produced by Alan Douglas (i think it was for backing some words from allen ginsberg or somebody like that, if not Leary !) and i suppose it must be good .
i never heard that jam but the electric version of this song by crosby , stills & nash is great !
i suppose the music on that LP should be of the same type.
Stills was often far out (i read he was doing free base driving his car on the motorway in the 70's or 80's maybe , he was married with a well known French singer / composer Girl in the 70's and used to beat her quit hard sometimes ! ) but they were great friend with Jimi and he 's a great guitar player as well .
i have to correct that : " Stills was often far out (i read he was doing free base driving his car on the motorway in the 70's or 80's maybe"
it was Crosby , not Stills

i'd be curious to hear that jam, where did you find this cd ?
by the way, i think it was david crosby on the motorway, not stephen stills !
