'Rainbow Bridge' the movie

Man, this movie had me ROLLING. I mean, even back in the day being a little 'out there' so to speak, I still tripped out on this movie. Like the part where that hippie dude turned the girl down who said "Let's make love", and then proceeded to go into a long pot induced scenario as to why he didnt want to. Or how about the speech that the 'wizard dude' gave before Jimi, Mitch and Billy took to the stage :D .

I tell ya, my favorite part besides the performance, was Jimi and whats her name, along with the wizard dude, sitting in that cabin chatting. Jimi knew what he was talkin about, even when talking fantasy.

Oh yeah, the scenes in the movie when they were playing 'Pali Gap' were spot on. It fit perfectly.

Yes Billy, first saw that in London, at an underground film show, Jimi's rap is world famous. The crew tore up flight cases for the foam to cover the mic's as wind-shields!
Great Hendrix show as usual.

Yeah, I remember first seeing that chic in "The Jimi Hendrix story". She seemed intelligent. But, I agree, she probably had as many scabs around her ankles being used as a garden rake (can you say 'bucked teeth'),than scabs behind her ears from, well, you know :D .

I bought the movie for the Jimi's music and it is awful. But I won't have to watch it any more as I got a copy of the entire concert shoot.

I know this is an old thread, but Pat Hartley was an actress in the film before Jimi was even involved. She wasn't necessarily involved with Jimi romantically.
