i was thinking : where ... is this red original axis fuzz used by jimi hendrix ? who owns it today ? i heard there were two red fuzz like this, with the same circuit.

So maybe a post , here, to collect every original fuzz used by jimi, in pictures, would be great, don't you think ?

i know that there's an original jimi hendrix fuzz on the site of Kr, but i can't find any other, or any info about where they are today.

"Dallas Music Industries" means it's '72 at the earliest.

that could be a replacement. it's hard to say without the history of that pedal. i doubt we'll ever see gut shots of anything jimi actually used, although it would be nice.

whatever happened to Kurt from Chicago Iron making a clone of Jimi's BOG octavia?

well, i've heard such story about kurt, but what i see on his website

is just about a tycobrahe clone, not a bog octavia clone ( ?? ) , and the tycobrahe wasn't a clone of the bog octavia, but of a previous version.
but i'm more interested into his axis faces, and now, also by the work of kramer, with tape effects, not only the tape flanger effects.
