Cliff speaker jack problem

JCM800 build, sounds great.
Both cliff mono-speaker jacks work by themselves. I can plug into jack 1 or 2 and they each work by themselves.
If both are used, the second jack does not work, only the first one passes signal.
They both appear to be wired correctly.
Probably something simple.

Added pic. Ground is behind orange wire.

sounds like you daisy chained the ground wire.

Fixed!
Loose connection using the "straight through" wiring technique.

I re-wired the output jacks "wrapping" the posts.
All good now.

Tip about wrapping the posts from Nik @ Ceriatone, I think he is just plain helpful.
